Olde World Fudge Co. has been a fixture of the Granville Island Public Market for years — twelve fudge flavours made in small batches with Callebaut chocolate, cut fresh from the loaf and weighed in front of you, alongside brittle, bark, caramel apples and dipped strawberries.
Everything is made in-house in small batches. Flavours rotate through the week — the case looks a little different every visit.
Milk and dark chocolate, cookies and cream, vanilla walnut, maple caramel, butterscotch, coffee mocha, mint, Irish cream, strawberry and matcha — twelve loaves, cut to whatever size you want.
See the flavoursPeanut, pecan and cashew brittle, white/milk/dark chocolate bark, English toffee and sea foam.

Nothing here is pre-packed on a shelf. The fudge sits in the case as full loaves, and it gets cut, weighed and wrapped while you wait — a single slice or a slab, whatever you actually want.
